We had the privilege of creating artwork for the British & Irish Lions 2025 Tour Squad Announcement, designing a poster that brought together the coaches, confirmed squad members, and iconic Australian cultural elements and landmarks. We produced this as part of the Visually Speaking team, working alongside Mike Miles-Boardman.
Although We was genuinely excited to be involved, the style and concept pushed us well outside our comfort zone. But with a fresh creative approach—and an influx of new assets and imagery to work with—we made it happen.
Once this project wrapped, Mike’s involvement with the client went to another level. He produced game-day artwork for every Lions match, working within incredibly tight turnaround times between squad announcements and the morning of each game. And with matches taking place every 3–4 days, the pace of production was nonstop.
